About the CEO: Morgan Richardson College graduate of Baker College-Flint with a Bachelor of Business Administration concentration in Human Resource Management degree. Through various internships and course work Morgan has Attained knowledge in all areas of Human resources: including Staffing, Training and development, Compensation and benefits, International HRM, HR Analytics, Employee and Labor Relations, Employment Law, Performance Management, Human Resources Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems & Strategic Human Resources.
